Emmbi Polyarns Limited is India’s leading manufacturer for Woven Sacks and F.I.B.C.s (Jumbo Bags). Emmbi is the first Woven Sack manufacturing company in India certified for ISO 9001: 2000 for manufacture and supply of woven sacks, woven fabric and non - woven plastic bags. The manufacturing facilities are located at Silvassa, 150 km North of Mumbai. (Bombay). The factories occupy 85000 Sq. Ft. Built-up area with more than 135000 Sq. Ft Lush Green Campus. These facilities are augmented with adequate power and water sources. Production Capacity is 6000 TPA. The bags are crafted by a team of highly skilled and motivated employees and managers.

Emmbi specializes in low GSM FIBC with high safety factor. We are among the first few global manufacturers to offer Jumbo Bags (FIBCs) with 130 GSm and 5:1 safety factor. Our extrusion machinery is capable of producing tapes with very high linear tenacity. This ensures that our woven plastic products are of the highest strength. We produce FIBCs of U+2 panel, Circular Jumbo bags, Baffle bags, All panel bags, Conductive FIBC and Static dissipative FIBCs.

In addition to FIBC we manufacture various woven polypropylene products including small bags, box woven bags, roofing fabric, courier bags, ground covers, silt fence and geotextiles. We offer woven bags and fabrics in both PP and HDPE. Our products are UV stabilized and conditioned against shrinkage

The Company is promoted by a young team of highly motivated and qualified professionals. Mr. Makrand Appalwar a technocrat entrepreneur, Graduate in Engineering and Polymer Technologist heads the Organization as C.E.O. He is actively involved in day to day operations from production to marketing. Mrs. Rinku Appalwar Post Graduate in Financial Management, is the Executive Director-Finance of the company. She looks after the Financial Management, Procurements and Banking of the company. The top management team is assisted by competent team of qualified and trained personnel and industry experts at its Head Office in Mumbai and Factories at Silvassa.

The company operations are managed through fully integrated ERP Software which facilitates the accuracy and speed in its routine operation. This is first of its kind in the woven sack industry in India.
